The Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan is a transformational initiative of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, which is a strong step towards the creation of India developed till the year 2047. Its aim is to build the capacity of 2 million ground level personnel and variable leaders of villages, so that the tribal areas can be served to the end and include inclusive development.
This mission is not only a training program, but a nationwide movement. It envisages the governance system from below, inspired by tribal life philosophy. It combines both the soul and the structure together in governance – where policy reaches people with respect, timeliness and purpose.
The second Regional Process Lab (RPL) started as a 7 -day program in Bhopal, in which State Master Trainers (SMTS) of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh are being trained.

Dr. Vijay Shah (Minister, Madhya Pradesh) assured full cooperation at the training centers and panchayat level.
Shri Girish Prabhunne (BRLF President) described it as “culturally relevant, community leadership” attempt.
Shri Vibhu Nair (Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs) described it as “the new paradigm of the responsible tribal rule”.
Shri Gulshan Bamra, Mr. Sonamani Bora, Shri L. Senior officials like Venkateswaralu, Shri Ajit Srivastava and Shri Jafar Malik also shared their views.

This cadre-based model makes the governance inclusive and responsible by training tribal activists.
Civil society organizations (CSOS) have also been added to it so that the learning process is strengthened keeping in mind the local references.
7 Regional Process Labs (RPLS) will be organized between July and August 2025.
These RPLS → State Process Labs (SPLS) → Training at District level
Mission includes coordination of women and child development, rural development, water power, school education and forest ministries.
