Oil India Limited (OIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the District Administration, Namsai under the ‘Transformation of Aspirational District Project’ FY 2025-26 for the implementation of ‘DigiKakshya’.
Under this initiative, OIL, through its CSR program, will provide 33 interactive smart boards to government schools in Namsai. The MoU was signed by CR Khampa, Deputy Commissioner, Namsai, and Madhurjya Barua, Executive Director (HR & FA), OIL, in the presence of officials from OIL and the District Administration.
This project aims to significantly enhance the learning experience by making education more interactive, engaging, and effective, thereby bridging the digital divide in schools. The initiative supports the broader objective of fostering digital literacy and innovative teaching methods in the region.
