International Purple Fest 2025 concluded on a vibrant note, celebrating inclusion, accessibility, and empowerment. The final day of the festival saw the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Pramod Sawant, visit the NCERT exhibition stall, where digital education initiatives under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, were showcased. The display highlighted NCERT’s commitment to accessible and inclusive learning for all learners, in alignment with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act 2016 and the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
NCERT stall featured innovative digital tools, learning platforms, and inclusive education resources designed to ensure equal learning opportunities for children with diverse needs. Throughout the day, PurpleTV spotlighted NCERT’s contributions toward building accessible and equitable learning environments across India.
Concluding session of the festival echoed the collective message — “Inclusion is everyone’s responsibility, accessibility is a right, and participation is empowerment.” The event brought together educators, policymakers, and organizations dedicated to creating a barrier-free society and inclusive education ecosystem.
