BLW hosted a spiritual motivational program at BLW auditorium, led by the Brahma Kumaris, designed to boost internal empowerment, promote a positive lifestyle, and improve work efficiency among its officials and employees. Dr. E. V. Swaminathan, a former professor at Mumbai University and a well-known motivational speaker, was the keynote speaker. He offered insightful advice on achieving a balance between work and family life and managing stress effectively. His address, which featured strategies for humor management and stress relief, left a lasting impression on those in attendance.
Chief Guest Shri S.K. Srivastav, Chief Electrical Engineer at BLW, expressed his gratitude towards Dr. Swaminathan, praising his engaging and insightful guidance on stress management. He acknowledged the complexity and challenges of modern life, noting the pressures at work and feelings of loneliness at home. He emphasized the need for a shift in mindset and lifestyle to foster a positive outlook on life. Shri Srivastav highlighted that the lecture would be highly beneficial and effective for BLW’s employees and officials.
Earlier, Shri Janardan Singh, Chief Personnel Officer, welcomed the guests and addressed the complexities in modern lifestyle. He noted how irregular routines impact both our physical health and mental well-being. Despite the advancements in modern conveniences, he pointed out the rise in physical and mental health issues. He suggested that adopting a joyful, stress-free lifestyle and mastering the art of stress management are key to overcoming these challenges.
The program saw a large turnout of BLW’s officials and employees. The event was conducted with finesse by Mrs. Shravani Ghosh.
