Nationwide Integrity Pledge and Awareness Drive reinforces PNB’s culture of ethics and transparency
Punjab National Bank (PNB), one of India’s leading public sector banks, commenced the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 at its Corporate Office in Dwarka, New Delhi, reaffirming its steadfast commitment to integrity, accountability, and ethical governance.
The event began with the Integrity Pledge, administered by MD & CEO Ashok Chandra and Chief Vigilance Officer Raghvendra Kumar, inspiring employees to uphold the highest standards of honesty and transparency in all professional activities.
The ceremony was also addressed by Executive Directors B. P. Mahapatra and D. Surendran, who emphasized the importance of vigilance as a shared responsibility and a cornerstone of good governance.
Observed from October 27 to November 2, 2025, under the guidance of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), the week-long campaign includes a series of activities — awareness drives, workshops, competitions, and outreach initiatives — aimed at fostering a strong culture of vigilance across all levels of the organization and among the public.
Through these initiatives, PNB continues to lead by example in promoting integrity, transparency, and collective responsibility, aligning with the national vision of building a corruption-free and accountable system.
