Oil India Limited (OIL) showcased its technological prowess and innovative spirit at the 15th Biennial International Conference & Exposition, organised by the Society of Petroleum Geophysicists (SPG) at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre.
Event, themed “Rock to Cloud: Geo-Exploration Empowering Energy Evolution,” highlighted the sector’s transition from traditional exploration to advanced digital technologies shaping the future of energy.
OIL Pavilion was inaugurated by Dr. Ranjit Rath, Chairman and Managing Director, OIL, in the presence of Arun Kumar Singh, Chairman, ONGC, along with senior officials from SPG, ONGC, and OIL. OIL leaders engaged with visitors, showcasing the company’s progress in geophysical exploration, carbon management, and sustainable energy development.
Director (Exploration & Development) Saloma Yomdo and Director (Operations) Trailukya Borgohain represented OIL in expert panel discussions, sharing insights on the evolving energy transition and digital innovation in exploration.
Crowning its participation, Oil India Limited received the Best Exhibitor Award at the conference — a recognition of its commitment to technological excellence, innovation, and sustainability in the field of Petroleum Geosciences.
