Engineers India Limited (EIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd. (AAI) to explore long-term business collaboration, including the potential establishment of a branch office to expand the range of services provided by EIL.
The MoU formalises the intent of both parties to evaluate commercial feasibility and develop a sustainable business cooperation framework, paving the way for strategic engagement in India and beyond.
The agreement was signed by Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial), EIL, and Jamal Al Enazy, Director of Aramco Asia Procurement & Supply Chain Management. The signing ceremony was attended by Vartika Shukla, C&MD of EIL; Khalid Al Hajri, Vice President of Saudi Aramco Procurement Department; and Abdulrahman Y. Althukair, Managing Director of AAI.
The collaboration aims to strengthen ties between India’s premier engineering consultancy and a global leader in the energy sector, unlocking opportunities for service expansion, joint ventures, and enhanced commercial engagement.
Both EIL and Aramco Asia India plan to leverage this partnership to explore business potential, foster long-term cooperation, and support projects aligned with international energy and infrastructure standards.
