Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) held its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the NCUI Auditorium & Convention Centre, August Kranti Marg, Hauz Khas, bringing together board members, shareholders, and senior leadership to review a landmark year of performance.
CWC reported its highest-ever financial results for FY 2024–25, recording a turnover of ₹2,776.88 crore and a Profit Before Tax of ₹711.60 crore. The corporation’s net worth climbed to ₹3,776.74 crore, up from ₹3,342.11 crore in the previous year, underscoring a solid growth trajectory. A total dividend of ₹160.10 crore, representing 30 percent of Profit After Tax and 235.52 percent of fully paid-up equity shares, was approved for the year.
AGM was chaired by Ashutosh Agnihotri, IAS, Chairman of CWC, alongside Managing Director Santosh Sinha, board members, and shareholders. Agnihotri praised the corporation’s resilience and strategic expansion, highlighting new initiatives that strengthened operations and boosted profitability.
Managing Director Sinha presented a detailed account of financial and operational milestones, outlining strategic measures that delivered the record-breaking results.
The meeting reaffirmed CWC’s commitment to inclusive growth, efficient warehousing solutions, and sustained value creation for stakeholders across India’s logistics and storage sector.
