Union Home Minister and Cooperative Minister Shri Amit Shah today inaugurated the grand statue of Maharaja Agrasen in Hisar, Haryana, launched the newly built ICU and laid the foundation of the PG hostel. Many prominent persons including Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Nayab Singh Saini were present on the occasion.
Shri Amit Shah said that Haryana has played an important role in creating and developing India’s culture, values ​​and traditions since ancient times. He said that Maharaja Agrasen paved the way for the prosperity and welfare of every person without burning the state.
He also appreciated the efforts of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who is contributing to the development of the country by following the path of Maharaja Agrasen. The Modi government has spent Rs 64,000 crore for public health centers and now a medical college will be set up in every district of the country in the next 5 years.
The Haryana government has provided 80,000 jobs to the youth with transparency, without any bribe or recommendation. In addition, Haryana players have won three times more medals in the last 10 years, and this state is the largest exporter of basmati rice.
Mr. Shah said that the Modi government has provided a central grant of Rs 1,43,000 crore to Haryana, in which heavy invested in infrastructure, roads and railway projects. He said that Haryana is now moving as a strong and developing state.
