The THDC India Limited (THDCIL), a major Mini Ratna public sector enterprise, has launched the Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 at its NCR office, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, which confirms its commitment to transparency, integrity and fairness.
The incident was inaugurated by Ms. Rashmita Jha, Chief Vigilance Officer (IRS), with a formal lighting of the lamp. In her address, Ms. Jha insisted that awareness programs will be organized in schools, colleges, gram sabhas, project sites, Ganga Ghats and markets, formed with the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) mandate.
He underlined the importance of collective responsibility in building a moral society and urged employees to actively participate in outreach activities based on the central theme – “vigilance: our shared responsibility”.
The program was attended by Nerj Verma, Executive Director (NCR Office); S. Of. Arya, dye. Cvo; And officials of the Department of Corporate Vigilance, Rishikesh. Employees of vigilance of various project locations also virtually attended the inauguration program, ensuring extensive participation in the organization.
With equity shared between the NTPC and the government of Uttar Pradesh, THDCIL continues to strengthen its role not only as an electric field enterprise, but also as a responsible corporate unit, promoting good governance, moral practices and civil engagement.
