POWERGRID has been conferred with a Special Award by the Ministry of Power for its outstanding efforts during the Swachhata Pakhwada Campaign, held from May 16th to May 31st, 2024. This recognition highlights POWERGRID’s exceptional contribution towards promoting cleanliness and environmental sustainability, aligning with the goals of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan.
The award was presented by Shri Pankaj Agrawal, Secretary (Power), Government of India, to Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, Director (Personnel), POWERGRID, at the Ministry of Power. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Shri M. Q. Huda, CGM (RoW & Admin.) I/C, Shri A. K. Jain, CGM (Admin.), and other senior officials from POWERGRID.
