National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.56 per equity share (15.60%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The dividend, once approved by members, will be credited on or before October 28, 2025 to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of September 22, 2025.
The decision was placed before shareholders at the 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NFL, held virtually through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Members reviewed and considered the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2024–25, along with the Board’s Report, Auditor’s Report, and comments from the Comptroller & Auditor General of India.
The dividend payout underscores NFL’s strong financial performance, transparent governance, and sustained focus on creating value for stakeholders. It also reflects the company’s contribution to strengthening India’s fertilizer sector while aligning with the broader vision of inclusive development.
Along with dividend approval, the AGM agenda included re-appointment of directors retiring by rotation, appointment of government nominee, marketing and technical directors, and induction of non-official independent directors. Members also authorized the Board to fix statutory auditor remuneration, ratified cost auditor fees for FY 2025–26, and approved the appointment of a secretarial auditor for a five-year term beginning April 2025.
NFL reiterated its commitment to strategic growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder trust, reaffirming its role as a key player in India’s agriculture and fertilizer ecosystem.
