JSW Cement Limited Announces Q1 FY26 Financial Results Revenue of ₹1,560 crore, Operating EBITDA of ₹ 322.7 crore, With Jump in 39% Adjusted PAT of ₹100.0 Crore

JSW Cement Limited today announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of FY26, reporting a robust performance driven by higher sales volumes, improved realisations, and sustained operational efficiencies.

The company posted revenue of ₹1,560 crore, marking an 8% year-on-year growth compared to Q1 FY25. Operating EBITDA surged 39% YoY to ₹322.7 crore, with margins improving to 20.7%. Adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹100 crore, reflecting healthy core operations despite non-cash fair value expenses related to CCPS conversion ahead of its IPO.

The results were announced by JSW Cement Limited, a part of the diversified JSW Group, led by its management team driving expansion, financial discipline, and green innovation in the cement sector.

  • Total Volume Sold: 3.31 million tonnes, up 8% YoY (cement volumes up 10%, GGBS volumes up 5%).
  • Revenue: ₹1,560 crore (vs ₹1,447 crore in Q1 FY25).
  • Operating EBITDA: ₹322.7 crore, margin at 20.7% (vs 16.1% in Q1 FY25).
  • Adjusted PAT: ₹100 crore, excluding fair value impact of CCPS conversion.
  • Net Debt: ₹4,566 crore as of June 30, 2025, reflecting investments in ongoing capex.

JSW Cement’s strong Q1 FY26 performance highlights resilient demand, cost efficiency, and operational strength. The company continues to maintain the lowest CO₂ emission intensity in the industry at 277 kg per ton, underlining its commitment to sustainability.

The results were reported for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, marking the company’s first earnings update after its successful IPO in August 2025.

JSW Cement is executing an ambitious expansion plan to reach 41.85 MTPA grinding capacity and 13.04 MTPA clinker capacity:

  • Sambalpur, Odisha: 1.0 MTPA grinding unit to be commissioned in September 2025.
  • Nagaur, Rajasthan: 3.30 MTPA clinker + 3.5 MTPA grinding capacity progressing as planned.
  • Talwandi Sabo, Punjab: Regulatory approvals underway for 2.75 MTPA grinding unit.
    Capex spend during Q1 FY26 stood at ~₹456 crore.
  • Certified as a Great Place to Work 2025.
  • JSW Nandyal Plant won the CII ITC Excellence Award 2024 for Biodiversity.
  • Partnering with IIT Kanpur, IIT Tirupati, IISc Bangalore, and CSIR-IIP Dehradun on two Carbon Capture & Utilization (CCU) projects, approved by DST in May 2025.
