In a massive employment drive, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today inaugurated a large-scale Rozgar Mela (Job Fair) in Muzaffarnagar under the state government’s Skill Development Mission. The fair is bringing together approximately 200 companies offering around 25,000 job opportunities for young people across the state.
The Muzaffarnagar Rozgar Mela, held on April 13, 2026, is part of the Yogi government’s continuing push to create employment opportunities for UP’s youth. CM Yogi personally inaugurated the event, reinforcing his government’s commitment to skill development and employment generation.
✅ 200+ companies participating
✅ 25,000+ job opportunities on offer
✅ Multiple sectors: Manufacturing, IT, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare
✅ On-the-spot interview and selection process
✅ Government skill certificates being distributed
The fair is open to youth across Muzaffarnagar and neighbouring districts. Candidates who bring their resume, educational certificates, and Aadhaar card can walk in and participate in on-the-spot interviews.
This job fair comes alongside CM Yogi’s earlier announcement of 81,000+ UP Police vacancies for 2026-27, making this a landmark year for employment in India’s most populous state. The dual push — government jobs through police recruitment and private sector jobs through rozgar melas — reflects the Yogi government’s twin-track employment strategy.
