BEML Limited organised a special talk on the Central Vigilance Commission’s 2025 vigilance awareness theme at its corporate office in Bengaluru, reinforcing the importance of ethics and integrity in nation building.
The session was graced by Justice B S Patil, Lokayukta of Karnataka, who delivered the keynote address and underscored that nurturing a culture of integrity is the foundation for sustainable national prosperity. Employees and senior management of BEML attended the event in a hybrid format to engage in an open dialogue on ethical practices.
Justice Patil highlighted that integrity goes beyond mere compliance and must be reflected in the values, ethics, and everyday actions of every citizen. He stressed that responsibility lies not only in significant decisions but also in small daily tasks performed with honesty and sincerity. He further noted that true responsibility is not a burden but a source of pride when work contributes to society’s growth and the nation’s progress, affirming that responsibility with sincerity is the essence of good citizenship.
The program strengthened BEML’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive growth while aligning with the CVC’s national initiative for vigilance awareness.
