Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) inaugurated the Regional Product Support Center (RPSC) at the Indian Air Force Station, Chabua today, August 19, 2025. Air Vice Marshal S.S. Rao, VSM, Senior Maintenance Staff Officer (SMSO), Eastern Air Command, Shri Murali MT, General Manager (Product Support), Senior Air Force officer and BEL’s product support team were present.
This new RPSC is a strategic step towards strengthening service capabilities in the workspace (AOR) of Eastern Air Command. This center will ensure fast response, reduce downtime of equipment and improve operating availability of customer assets.
Special equipment, trained support personnel and strong spare parts inventory have been provided at the Center, which has been designed to provide end-to-end support solution.
BEL officials said that this initiative not only promotes effective and reliable support system but also strengthens the organization’s inclusive language and commitment to customer-focused approaches. Ā
This new center will play an important role in improving the operational efficiency of the Air Force, strengthening customer trust and establishing BEL as a reliable defense partner.
