Under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, NTPC Kavas has inaugurated a state -of -the -art Stem (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) laboratory at Pinjarat Government Primary School. This new laboratory is equipped with over 80 advanced models and aims to stimulate scientific curiosity in students, promote intellectual development and prepare them for career in science, engineering and research.
During the inauguration, NTPC Kavus project chief Mr. Suresh John David emphasized the importance of hand learning in shaping young attitudes. The state -of -the -art laboratory has been developed by Bangalore -based agency Experifun. Along with this, teachers will also be trained in 13 schools of Pinjarat cluster under this initiative, which will ensure its long -term impact.
Teachers and students expressed enthusiasm for this new facility and said that it will help in converting theory-based education into practical experience. Mr. Takt Bhai Patel, Principal of Pinjarat Primary School, said that this laboratory will speed up the educational development of students and help to increase enrollment in the school by making science more attractive and accessible.
This initiative reflects the contribution of NTPC Kavas to contribute to the field of education and the future of young talents, which will prepare them for a career in the constant developing field of science and technology.
