NBCC (India) Limited, a leading public sector enterprise specializing in construction, engineering, and project management, has announced a significant milestone. The company successfully sold 100% of its office space at the World Trade Center (WTC) in Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi, as well as all retail and commercial spaces at Downtown Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi.
During its 27th e-auction, NBCC sold the remaining inventory of 1.81 lakh square feet of commercial space, generating Rs. 908.48 crore in revenue. Of the total area sold, approximately 1.21 lakh square feet, valued at Rs. 596.25 crore, was purchased by PSU/Government entities, while 0.60 lakh square feet, valued at Rs. 312.23 crore, was acquired by private entities. The highest bid in the auction was Rs. 62,261 per square foot, significantly surpassing the reserve price of Rs. 37,161 per square foot. This success highlights the strong demand for space at WTC Nauroji Nagar, a prime location for enterprises.
