During the valedictory session of #GEOINDIA2024, Dr. Ranjit Rath, CMD of OIL, extended his gratitude to APG members for transforming the event into a remarkable platform for sharing ideas and celebrating success stories.
Dr. Rath expressed his strong belief in the growing momentum of the GEOINDIA brand and urged APG to make every effort to elevate the conference to international standards in GeoIndia 2026. He also emphasized the need for including more field trips that highlight India’s geological diversity, which would provide greater insights into the country’s rich geological landscape.
He also took the opportunity to recognize and applaud the young award-winning scientists for their achievements, calling them the future leaders of India. Dr. Rath stressed the importance of creating an additional leadership layer to ensure a secure and prosperous future for the country.
