Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and RailTel have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on advancing e-governance, digital transformation, IT initiatives, and cybersecurity. The partnership aims to scale up e-governance by simplifying and digitizing processes, enhancing connectivity and service delivery among stakeholders, and exploring emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things.
The MoU was signed in the presence of S Suresh Kumar, IAS, Chairman of DVC; Arup Sarkar, Member (Finance) of DVC; Narayan Mukherjee, Group General Manager (Marketing); and other senior officials from both organizations. This cooperation reflects a shared commitment to leveraging technology for improved governance and operational efficiency.
Together, DVC and RailTel plan to build capacity through knowledge sharing and jointly implement innovative IT solutions to support their organizational goals and public service
