Bharat Mandap made his debut on 17-21 March 2025 at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) held in San Francisco, USA.

Consul General of India in San Francisco, Dr. K.K. Srikar Reddy inaugurated the pavilion with other dignitaries. The GDC game is the world’s largest event for developers, with lectures, panels and exhibitions on game design, technology and business trends.

A main attraction of the pavilion was Waves (World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit), which will be held in Mumbai on May 1-4, 2025. Waves organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) and the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) will establish India as a global material center, media and entertainment (M&E) will promote innovation and cross -border cooperation in the industry.

India’s flourishing gaming industry was displayed in the pavilion, including leading companies like Nazara Technologies and Winzo as well as IGDC 2024 Award winners-W.Aala Interactive, Brewed Games, XIGMA Games and Singular Scheme. The winners of the Bharat Tech Triumph season 3 were also displayed under the Create in India Challenge Under Waves at the pavilion. Notable Participants Included Yudiz Solutions, Brahman Studios, Godspeed Gaming, and Others.
