Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Instapower Limited, recognised as an R&D house by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, to explore opportunities in Railway, Aviation, and Electronics Manufacturing Services. The MoU was exchanged by Mr Abhijit Rai Vaish, Executive Director, Instapower Ltd, and Mr Prahalad PS, GM (Civilian Marketing), BEL, in New Delhi.
The collaboration seeks to leverage BEL’s expertise in defence electronics, system integration, and programme execution alongside Instapower’s capabilities in electronics design, development, and manufacturing. This strategic partnership aims to enhance BEL’s technological and operational capabilities in the Railway and Aviation sectors, while strengthening its footprint in Electronics Manufacturing Services and other domains of mutual interest.
By combining complementary strengths, the MoU supports BEL’s objective of innovating indigenous solutions, expanding into new business verticals, and contributing to self-reliance and advanced manufacturing in India.
