The 24th Divya Kala Mela is set to take place at Gulshan Ground, Jammu, from February 14-24, 2025, organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) The event will be inaugurated by Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, Dr. Virendra Kumar.
