THDC India Limited, a premier power sector PSU, has commenced the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 from 27th October to 2nd November 2025 across all its offices and project locations, reinforcing its dedication to transparency, accountability, and integrity in all aspects of corporate functioning.
The observance began at the Corporate Office, Rishikesh, with Chairman and Managing Director R. K. Vishnoi emphasizing that vigilance is a shared responsibility and a cornerstone of good governance. He highlighted this year’s theme — “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” — and stressed that integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct are vital for building trust and fostering a value-driven organizational culture.
Director (Finance) Sipan Kumar Garg administered the Vigilance Pledge to employees and underscored the importance of maintaining ethics and integrity in both professional and personal spheres. He encouraged employees to perform their duties with honesty and awareness, asserting that an organization flourishes when every individual upholds these principles.
Chief Vigilance Officer Rashmita Jha highlighted that vigilance is not just a procedural requirement but an integral part of THDCIL’s work culture. She stated, “The foundation of an organization is strengthened when integrity, transparency, and accountability guide every action. Honesty must be our habit, and transparency our identity.”
On this occasion, Director (Finance) Garg, along with CGM (HR & A&CC) A. N. Tripathy and Dy. CVO S. K. Arya, unveiled the Vigilance Awareness Booklet 2025 — a compilation of articles and messages promoting ethical conduct and good governance.
Throughout the week, various interactive activities including essay writing, quiz competitions, and slogan writing on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” will be organized to encourage employee engagement and awareness.
